Currently I have installed the version 5.7.7. I tried using older WinSCP versions (down to 5.1.X) but it still happens on those old versions. Also I can use Filezilla without problems. Then I have to close the file, reconnect to the server, open it again and save the file immediately. So it often happens that I open a file, edit it and when saving I get the error. The time can vary from only 3 seconds to up to two minute or so. I can connect but file transfers are very very slow and after some time of doing nothing I get this error message and I have to reconnect.
